Crab snapper soup

If you are seafood lovers, but would like to eat it in the form of soup dishes are served warm, then crab meat corn soup is the answer. Now, you can try to create your own.


 
Ingredients:

1 can (200 g) crab meat (crab meat)
1 can (200 grams) sweet corn (sweet corn)
2 eggs (whites only take)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 liter of water
500 grams snapper (including the head and bones)
 

Seasoning:

1 tsp pepper
2 coriander leaves
salt to taste
Sesame oil to taste

Spices that are:

6 spring onions
4 cloves garlic

How to make:

1. To make fish stock, fish boiled in 1 liter of water.
2. Saute crab meat and spices, then add into the fish broth. Boil together all ingredients till boil.
3. Add the beaten egg whites, sweet corn and maize. Boil again until cooked. Lift.
4. Serve in bowls and garnish give a slice of tomato.
