How to Maintenance the Stove

1.  Clean daily the kitchen equipment with a grease cleaner or spray cleaner around the gas or electric pots and pans, will help avoid the problems of uneven heating.  
2. Clean up spills, while still warm  be careful not to get burn, dry spills or stain which become coated on the stove is more difficult to clean and even damage ports and connections.
3.  Regularly clean the grease screen then spray and / or soak in cleaning grease. make sure it is completely dry before reinstalling it in place. 
4. Do not spray cleaner directly to any control panel on your stove - spray into the papertowel or cloth, then wipe the surface.
